Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Off‑Plan and Resale Real Estate Agent to join our high‑performing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both primary and secondary markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through the full sales cycle with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading developers
• Handle resale listings, conduct valuations, and manage property marketing
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Stay updated on new project launches, market conditions, and real estate regulations
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in off‑plan and/or resale real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
