Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Off-Plan Real Estate Broker to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value investment deals with local and international investors.
>Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial projects in Dubai
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Understand investor requirements and present suitable off-plan opportunities
Arrange project presentations, meetings, and developer site visits
Negotiate prices and close sales transactions efficiently
Maintain long-term relationships with investors and developers
Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update client data and deal progress in CRM systems
Requirements
Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle local and international investors
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Knowledge of Dubai real estate developers, projects, and payment plans
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
