Off-Plan Real Estate Agent — Dubai (6–12 months experience)

We’re hiring Dubai Real Estate Agents with 6 months to 1 year of experience who want consistent paid leads, faster conversions, and a clear growth path in off-plan sales.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound paid leads and convert them into calls, meetings, and bookings
• Qualify buyers (budget, purpose, preferred areas, timelines)
• Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and key investment points
• Coordinate viewings / developer meetings and follow up until closing
• Update CRM and follow a structured follow-up system

Requirements

• Off-plan experience is a plus (training/support provided if you’re converting from secondary)

Compensation

• Commission-only (no basic salary)
• Up to 65% split based on performance
