We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Resale Agent to join our team and specialize in Abu Dhabi’s secondary property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying and selling resale (secondary‑market) residential properties.
• Conduct property valuations, market assessments, and pricing strategies for sellers.
• Manage property listings, including photography coordination, marketing descriptions, and online exposure.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and offer presentations.
• Guide clients through the full resale transaction process, including documentation, NOCs, and transfer procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, investors, and buyers.
• Stay updated on community trends, pricing shifts, and market demand.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate—especially resale/secondary‑market transactions—is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, pricing trends, and transfer processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
