About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales division and is seeking disciplined, performance-driven experienced Property Consultants with a verified track record in residential real estate sales.

We are building a structured sales environment focused on measurable production, accountability, and consistent monthly performance.

This position is designed for agents who understand structure, follow targets, and produce results consistently.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Proven completion of a minimum of 10-18 closed sales transactions within the last 12 months
• Documented and verifiable closing record

Applications without verified sales history will not be considered.

Compensation Structure

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
