Technical Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote Hira Industries’ product portfolio to MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors across Abu Dhabi and the Western Region.

The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi market.
  • Promote Hira Industries’ HVAC and building material product range to contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and proposals.
  • Follow up on project approvals, vendor registrations, and material specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Technical Support

  • Provide product presentations and technical clarifications to clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for custom requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or building materials industry in UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
