Role Summary

A Real Estate Sales professional is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for residential and investment properties. This includes lead generation, client qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships. In Abu Dhabi, the position often involves both ready and off‑plan properties, requiring familiarity with developer offerings, payment plans, and investment returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget, lifestyle, or investment goals.
  • Conduct property viewings and present features, benefits, and market positioning.
  • Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Prepare financial comparisons, ROI assessments, and payment plan explanations.
  • Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Real estate certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Multilingual abilities are beneficial for international client engagement.

Work Environment

The role operates in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with marketing support, developer partnerships, and a diverse client base. It may require weekend availability, attendance at project launches, and travel within Abu Dhabi for property tours and client meetings.
