We are seeking a polished and knowledgeable Prime Property Consultant to join our team and specialize in Abu Dhabi’s most sought‑after residential areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in prime residential properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct tailored consultations, community tours, and high‑quality property viewings.
• Provide expert insights on premium neighborhoods, pricing trends, lifestyle offerings, and investment potential.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, market shifts, government regulations, and community developments.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and private client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or high‑end sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s prime property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a refined, client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
