Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Professional to join our high‑performing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to guide clients through the full real estate process with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales or leasing cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
