Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our high‑performing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing process, including lead follow‑up, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
• Build and maintain a strong client network of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords
• Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing guidance, and investment advice
• List properties, conduct valuations, and ensure all marketing materials are accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the marketing and admin teams to maximize listing exposure
• Stay informed on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, communities, and developer offerings
• Maintain compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Proven record of achieving sales or leasing targets
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Real estate certification (ADREC/RERA) is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
