About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Off‑Plan Property Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, particularly off‑plan developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan real estate projects across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels
• Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor activity
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off‑plan properties
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
