Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and skilled Property Sales Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on driving property sales, managing client relationships, and representing the company across a diverse portfolio of residential and investment properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales within the UAE market
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
