Role Overview

The Luxury Off‑Plan Sales Specialist will focus on promoting and selling high‑end off‑plan developments to investors and end‑users. This role requires a consultant who is confident, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering a refined client experience while navigating the fast‑moving off‑plan market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and high‑net‑worth clients
  • Conduct presentations, consultations, and project briefings with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, investment returns, and market trends
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new launches, master plans, and community developments
  • Prepare tailored proposals and investment packages for clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support project exposure and lead generation
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in off‑plan sales or luxury real estate
  • Strong understanding of developer offerings, payment structures, and investment analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off‑plan market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial
