Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced Luxury Property Sales Specialist to represent our premium portfolio of high‑end residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi. This role requires exceptional market knowledge, strong client‑relationship skills, and the ability to deliver a high‑quality service experience to affluent buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell luxury residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct tailored property presentations, private viewings, and investment consultations
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and company‑generated leads
• Stay informed about luxury market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value transactions in line with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s high‑end property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and the ability to deliver a premium client experience
• Strong network of potential buyers and investors is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
