Role Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Client Sales Consultant to support clients throughout the property buying process. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and guiding them through negotiations and closing. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and experienced in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions
  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and available opportunities
  • Manage leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and follow up consistently
  • Prepare property presentations, proposals, and required documentation
  • Stay updated on new developments, communities, and market changes

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or client advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
