Experienced Real Estate Admin/Marketing

· Provides administrative support to the company owners, managing directors, sales and leasing agents and employees on a day-to-day basis

· Develops and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

· Maintains accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and documentation related to rental and sales deals

· Prepares employee related reports, filing and documentation of employee records

· Generate invoices, payments receipts and other accounting related concerns

· Communicates with developers, property management companies, co-brokers in processing agency registration, renewal and agreements

· Handles the A to Z documentation and filing of closing a rental and sales transaction, prepares offer letter, contracts, MOUs, NOCs, clearances, hand-over forms, tawtheeq contract generation, government related documents and etc.

· Screens clients, secure KYCs and ensures that the company is following Anti-Money Laundering rules and ordinances implemented by the government

· Advertises and updates property listings in advertising portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and other advertising portals if necessary

· Handles Property Finder and Bayut related concerns

· Updates the database and tracker on a regular basis and summarize the advertisements published in the advertising portals

· Assists and supports the agents in finding solutions to conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
