We are expanding our team and seeking skilled Real Estate Sales Negotiators to support our growing operations.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, negotiating offers, and facilitating successful property transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding property sales
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate communities, pricing trends, and regulations
  • Build and manage a client pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑up and relationship management
  • Prepare and present property proposals, offers, and relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, listings, and client engagement
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, negotiation, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial
