Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executives to promote our real estate properties. The ideal candidates will generate and close the leads, build client relationships, and support our business growth by effectively marketing residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Property Listings on leading rental platforms (acc provided by company)

• Generate leads through online marketing, social media and networking.

• Identify and approach potential clients to lease our properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.

• Present company's agreements terms, proposals and contracts.

• Maintain and update client databases for future listings.

• Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and property promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven (3+) years experience in real estate sales or marketing is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.

• Knowledge of real estate laws and documentation is a plus.

• Fluent in English. (Arabic is plus)

• Ability to work flexible hours

*Commission will be paid in addition to the salary*

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
