We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to support clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales and negotiation abilities, solid knowledge of the local real estate market, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing initiatives, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and clearly present features, benefits, and market value to clients
- Advise clients throughout the buying, selling, or investment process with accurate market insights
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documentation in line with legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, listings, and transactions
- Monitor local market trends, property values, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or a related role
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings
