Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary

Trust Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties
  • Promote property listings through various channels (online portals, social media, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions
  • Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market trends and regulations
  • Work closely with management and internal teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
