Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Manage and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate property deals and close sales transactions
- Maintain updated listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and company systems
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE Real Estate Sales experience
- Mandatory valid RERA Card
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Active experience with real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
