Real Estate Sales Agent (Secondary Market & Off-Plan Projects)

ALMAS HEIGHTS REAL ESTATE is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both the secondary market and off-plan property sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in buying, selling, and investing in real estate

Handle property transactions in both the secondary market and off-plan projects

Conduct property viewings and project presentations for clients

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels

Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and property owners

Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions efficiently

Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports

Requirements

-Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai

-Proven experience handling both secondary market properties and off-plan projects

-Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

-Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations

-Valid UAE driving license is preferred

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
