Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Around 6–12 months of experience in the Dubai real estate sector
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Motivated by targets and performance-based earnings
• Familiarity with Dubai’s property landscape is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Primary Duties:

• Source new sales and rental opportunities and manage client follow-ups
• Understand client preferences and recommend appropriate listings
• Arrange and conduct property tours
• Handle price discussions and finalize agreements
• Work closely with the admin department to complete paperwork and processes
