Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and company listings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and CRM skills preferred
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome (training provided)
