Mortgage Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Consultant to join our dynamic and expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will come from a background in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial consulting, and possess a thorough understanding of the UAE mortgage market. This is an exciting opportunity with a clear career progression path leading to the Head of Mortgage Department for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional mortgage advice to clients and assist them throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, and agents.
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and structure mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate terms with lenders to secure the best possible mortgage products and rates.
• Stay updated with market trends, new mortgage products, and banking regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
• Contribute to building and streamlining internal processes as the company expands its mortgage division.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, retail banking, or financial consultancy within the UAE.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and bank lending criteria.
• Strong existing network or working relationships with UAE banks is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and other languages are an advantage
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious to take on leadership responsibilities and eventually manage a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
