 Sales Development Representative (SDR)
 
 &nbsp;to join our US-focused sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in&nbsp;
 
 US market sales
 
 , exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and manage leads. You will be responsible for&nbsp;
 
 prospecting, setting meetings, and driving pipeline growth
 
 &nbsp;for our US clients while working during US business hours from Lahore.

 Key Responsibilities

 Prospect and generate new leads
 
 &nbsp;for the US market through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Manage and arrange meetings
 
 &nbsp;with potential US clients via CRM and scheduling tools
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
 
 &nbsp;with accurate lead and activity data
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Conduct high-quality discovery calls
 
 &nbsp;to qualify leads and understand client needs
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams
 
 &nbsp;to optimize lead generation strategies
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
 
 &nbsp;for meetings set and opportunities created
 
 
 ✅&nbsp;
 
 Provide market feedback and insights
 
 &nbsp;to improve sales processes and messaging

 Mentor and guide junior team members

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

 Minimum 3 years of experience
