Position:  Sales Development Representative - USA Market

Location:  On-site, Valencia Town, Lahore

Shift:  Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Experience Required:  Minimum 3 Years in US Sales/B2B Sales

Salary:  Competitive (Based on Interview & Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven  Sales Development Representative (SDR)  to join our US-focused sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in  US market sales , exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and manage leads. You will be responsible for  prospecting, setting meetings, and driving pipeline growth  for our US clients while working during US business hours from Lahore.

This role is perfect for a  visionary, self-motivated sales professional  who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within a fast-paced international sales environment.



Key Responsibilities

✅  Prospect and generate new leads  for the US market through outbound calls, emails, and social selling

✅  Manage and arrange meetings  with potential US clients via CRM and scheduling tools

✅  Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)  with accurate lead and activity data

✅  Conduct high-quality discovery calls  to qualify leads and understand client needs

✅  Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams  to optimize lead generation strategies

✅  Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets  for meetings set and opportunities created

✅  Provide market feedback and insights  to improve sales processes and messaging

✅  Mentor and guide junior team members  (future leadership potential)



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience  in  sales, lead generation, or SDR roles , specifically targeting the  USA market
  • Proven track record  of managing and arranging client meetings and achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools  (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills  (both written and verbal, with neutral accent preferred)
  • Strong leadership qualities, work ethic, and a future-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  in a night shift environment
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable  to fast-changing sales environments



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in  B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or construction/engineering services
  • Knowledge of  US sales cycles, business culture, and time zones
  • Familiarity with  sales automation and engagement tools  (Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
