As we scale our operations and prepare for large-scale production, we are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take ownership of our financial management, ensure compliance, and support the leadership team in decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ledger management, and reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation and finalisation of balance sheet, profit &amp; loss account, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.</li><li>Supervise and guide junior accountants on accounting entries and documentation.</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory laws.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR).</li><li>Handle tax assessments, scrutiny notices, and queries from authorities.</li><li>Maintain compliance with Ind-AS and Companies Act requirements.</li></ul>Financial Planning &amp; Control<ul><li>Prepare and analyze MIS reports, costing reports, and management dashboards.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.</li><li>Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Monitor working capital requirements and maintain proper fund flow planning.</li></ul>Banking &amp; Credit Lines<ul><li>Manage banking operations, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash/bank balances.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for credit lines, term loans, working capital facilities, and fund utilization.</li><li>Prepare CMA data, stock statements, and other documents required by financial institutions.</li></ul>Audit &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and tax consultants.</li><li>Ensure audit readiness with proper documentation and compliance.</li><li>Support audits and resolve auditor queries in a timely manner.</li></ul>ERP &amp; Systems<ul><li>Work on ERP, Tally Prime, or SAP to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.</li><li>Drive automation of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliations.</li><li>Implement data-driven systems for compliance and MIS reporting.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise and mentor the accounts team.</li><li>Establish SOPs for accounting, compliance, and reporting.</li><li>Assist CFO/management in strategic decision-making and financial planning.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualification: Inter CA / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Finalist / MBA Finance.</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;7 years in a manufacturing/energy/infra company.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind-AS, and Companies Act compliance.</li><li>Experience in balance sheet finalisation, ITR filing, tax assessments, and audits.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary Range: &#8377;6.0 &ndash; &#8377;7.5 LPA (&#8377;50,000 &ndash; &#8377;62,500/month)</li><li>Negotiable based on experience, expertise, and value addition.</li><li>Career growth into Finance Manager / Financial Controller role as the company expands.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work with a fast-growing energy company building the future of sustainable manufacturing.</li><li>Exposure to banking, compliance, credit facilities, and strategic finance.</li><li>Opportunity to shape robust systems and processes from the ground up.</li><li>Defined growth path into senior leadership roles with strong career prospects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;62,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Manufacturing / Energy / Infrastructure sector: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
