# Senior Project Analyst / TPM Support Specialist (Jira, Reporting &amp; PMO) **Location:** Remote **Working Hours:** 8 Hours/Day (Overlap with US EST Hours Required) **Compensation:** Up to PKR 250,000/Month (Based on Experience) ## About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Analyst / TPM Support Specialist to support a Senior Technical Program Manager working on large-scale technology and infrastructure programs. This is not a junior or entry-level position. We are seeking someone who can independently analyze data, maintain project trackers, review Jira tickets, prepare executive-level reports, identify risks, and support complex program management activities. The ideal candidate has experience working with US-based teams, understands project governance, and can transform large amounts of information into clear, concise, management-ready updates. --- ## Key Responsibilities * Review, analyze, and track Jira tickets across multiple workstreams * Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting sheets * Verify project data and identify discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies * Create executive summaries, weekly reports, status updates, and briefing documents * Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies * Support program governance and reporting activities * Prepare structured documentation and maintain project records * Conduct data quality reviews and validation checks * Summarize complex technical information into business-friendly updates * Work closely with senior leadership and program management teams * Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time --- ## Required Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: * Project Analyst * PMO Analyst * Technical Project Coordinator * Program Coordinator * Business Analyst * Project Coordinator * TPM Support * Operations Analyst * Strong hands-on experience with Jira * Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Experience preparing executive-level reports and project summaries * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Exceptional attention to detail * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong organizational and time-management skills --- ## Must Have Experience With * Jira ticket management and reporting * Executive and stakeholder reporting * Google Sheets / Excel reporting * Pivot Tables * VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP * Data verification and quality assurance * Risk and issue tracking * Project status reporting * Documentation management * Working with international teams --- ## Highly Preferred * PMO experience * TPM support experience * Program Management Office experience * Technology, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Data, or Software projects * Experience supporting Directors, Senior Managers, Program Managers, or TPMs * Experience with governance and reporting processes * Experience working with US-based clients or organizations --- ## What Success Looks Like * Project trackers are accurate and consistently maintained * Executive reports are clear, concise, and actionable * Risks and discrepancies are identified early * Deliverables are completed on time with minimal follow-up * Communication is professional, structured, and reliable * Project information remains organized and audit-ready --- ## Important Notes * No software development or coding is required * Strong written English is mandatory * High attention to detail is essential * This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership * Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment --- ## Selection Process Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical assessment involving: * Jira analysis * Project reporting * Tracker creation * Risk identification * Executive summary writing --- ## To Apply, Please Send 1.
