This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn hours of unscripted footage into compelling, high-energy content. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in crafting storylines, pacing drama, and bringing each episode to life.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit reality TV content from raw footage into polished episodes and clips</li><li>Shape storylines, pacing, and emotional beats in unscripted content</li><li>Collaborate closely with producers and directors to execute creative vision</li><li>Cut scenes for drama, tension, humor, and engagement</li><li>Sync and organize multi-camera footage and audio</li><li>Add music, sound effects, graphics, and basic color correction</li><li>Manage large volumes of footage and maintain organized project files</li><li>Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience editing reality TV, documentaries, or digital content</li><li>Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)</li><li>Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing</li><li>Experience working with multi-cam footage and unscripted formats</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Good communication and collaboration abilities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with reality TV or social-first content platforms</li><li>Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing</li><li>Familiarity with fast-turnaround content workflows</li><li>Understanding of viral content and audience engagement trends</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Creative storyteller, not just a cutter</li><li>Strong sense of timing, music, and emotional impact</li><li>Someone who understands culture, energy, and audience attention</li><li>Efficient, reliable, and able to handle pressure</li></ul>CompensationProject Rate &ndash; based on experienceHow to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Editing reel (required)</li><li>1&ndash;2 examples of reality or unscripted content</li><li>Brief note about your editing style and experience</li></ul>Work Location: In person
