Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and fast-paced Video Editor to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn hours of unscripted footage into compelling, high-energy content. You’ll play a key role in crafting storylines, pacing drama, and bringing each episode to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit reality TV content from raw footage into polished episodes and clips
• Shape storylines, pacing, and emotional beats in unscripted content
• Collaborate closely with producers and directors to execute creative vision
• Cut scenes for drama, tension, humor, and engagement
• Sync and organize multi-camera footage and audio
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and basic color correction
• Manage large volumes of footage and maintain organized project files
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
• Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing reality TV, documentaries, or digital content
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing
• Experience working with multi-cam footage and unscripted formats
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reality TV or social-first content platforms
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing
• Familiarity with fast-turnaround content workflows
• Understanding of viral content and audience engagement trends
