We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer / Content Creator to help bring our brand, services, physicians, patients, and therapeutic devices to life through compelling video content.

Position Summary

This role will support the creation of video content across marketing, social media, educational, promotional, and clinical environments. The ideal candidate is someone who can film and edit content, work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and help us create polished, engaging videos without the overhead of a large production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit video content for social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness.
• Capture content featuring physicians, staff, patients, treatments, wellness services, and therapeutic devices, as appropriate and in accordance with company policies and consent/privacy requirements.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website use, and presentations.
• Support content that highlights the company’s medical, wellness, and technology-based services in a professional and engaging way.
• Work closely with leadership and internal teams to understand content priorities and deliver videos aligned with company goals.
• Handle the full video production process, including filming, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery.
• Organize and maintain video files, footage, and content assets.
• Make timely revisions based on feedback.
• Help identify simple, effective ways to create high-quality content while staying mindful of budget.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing video content for businesses, brands, social media, or similar environments.
• Strong editing skills and proficiency in standard video editing software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong eye for storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio quality.
• Professional demeanor and comfort working in a medical, wellness, or patient-facing setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to move quickly in a growing company.
• Portfolio or sample work required.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical marketing, or content involving products/devices.
• Experience creating social-first content, including reels and short-form video.
• Experience filming educational or physician-led content.
