<Duties>

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos across various settings, including events, products, portraits, and editorial shoots
• Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance visual appeal
• Conduct post-production work such as color correction, retouching, photo manipulation, and video editing with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
• Collaborate with art directors, clients, and team members to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content
• Manage color management workflows to ensure consistency across all media formats
• Film engaging video content for social media platforms, promotional campaigns, or client projects
• Maintain organized archives of all raw footage and edited files for easy access and future use
• Stay updated on current photography trends, techniques in videography, and emerging editing software to continually refine your craft

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One for photo editing; Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for video production
• Solid understanding of color theory and color management principles to produce visually cohesive content
• Skilled in post-production techniques including photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing workflows
• Ability to operate filming equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting setups, and audio gear
• Knowledge of social media management strategies to create content optimized for various platforms
• Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs clearly and deliver exceptional results on deadline
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a freelance capacity
