While you take the lead, you won't do it alone&mdash;we provide a robust support platform, comprehensive resources, and a collaborative environment to ensure your success.COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS<ul><li>Base Salary Range: $100,000 &ndash; $200,000 (Commensurate with experience)</li><li>Bonus Structure: Highly competitive commission-based incentives on case outcomes.</li><li>Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and professional development support.</li><li>Job Type: Full-time, In-Person.</li></ul>THE ROLEWe are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience. While a background in employment law and/or personal injury is strongly preferred, we value &quot;grit&quot; and litigation talent above all else. You should be someone who can work independently but thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Caseload Management: End-to-end management of Personal Injury and Employment Law matters from pre-litigation through litigation.</li><li>Litigation: Draft complaints, discovery requests/responses, meet-and-confer letters, substantive law and motion, and taking and defending depositions.</li><li>Advocacy: Lead depositions, represent clients in mediations, and handle court appearances.</li><li>Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain professional, firm communication with opposing counsel.</li><li>Strategy: Collaborate with the firm&rsquo;s team on case development, strategy, and trial preparation.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Personal Injury or Employment Law experience is a major plus).</li><li>Skills: Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy and communication skills.
