As we continue to expand, we are looking for a sharp, driven Litigation Attorney to join our team. At Nozar Law, you will not be relegated to the background. You will spearhead the litigation strategy, think critically, and monitor your own caseload. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Structure: Highly competitive commission-based incentives on case outcomes.
• Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and professional development support.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience. While a background in employment law and/or personal injury is strongly preferred, we value "grit" and litigation talent above all else. You should be someone who can work independently but thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: End-to-end management of Personal Injury and Employment Law matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
• Litigation: Draft complaints, discovery requests/responses, meet-and-confer letters, substantive law and motion, and taking and defending depositions.
• Advocacy: Lead depositions, represent clients in mediations, and handle court appearances.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain professional, firm communication with opposing counsel.
• Strategy: Collaborate with the firm’s team on case development, strategy, and trial preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Experience: 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Personal Injury or Employment Law experience is a major plus).
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy and communication skills. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, be detail and team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage litigation deadlines.
