The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
DUTIES AND </b><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h1><ul><li>
Welcome patrons as they arrive.</li><li>
Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.</li><li>
Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.</li><li>
Assemble orders and serve to patrons.</li><li>
As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.</li><li>
Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>
Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.</li><li>

<div><p><b>SUMMARY:
</b></p><p></p><p>The <b>Beer Pourer</b> is responsible for the safe service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
</p><p></p><p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Greet fans in a courteous manner while providing friendly and efficient service from our portable draft, bottled, and specialty beer cart locations.
</li><li>Set up and breakdown of portable location, including stocking, counting inventory, restocking, and organizing to break down at the end of service.</li><li>
Serve alcohol only in a safe and responsible manner adhering to state, federal and Stadium alcohol regulations.</li><li>
Understand menu offerings, pricing, and be able to communicate this to guests.</li><li>
Have a general knowledge of stadium and direct guests as needed.</li><li>
Keep work area clean and organized, adhere to health and safety standards.
</li><li>Always appear in proper uniform when on the floor or at assigned area.</li><li>
Record any equipment failures and/or safety hazards to supervisor.</li><li>
Follow the event pre-shift notes and provide service as described, check out with supervisor at the end of the shift.</li><li>
Special projects and assignments assigned.
</li></ul><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
</li></ul><p><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Previous bar service experience required, including pouring draft beer and cocktail service. High volume preferred.
</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>
Enjoy working and interacting with a diverse group of people</li><li>
Interpersonal communication and teamwork
</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times</li><li>
Organized and attentive to detail</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and late hours
</li><li>Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota</li><li>
Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner</li></ul><p><b>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li><li>
Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25lbs, pull, reach, bend. May be required to reach upper levels of the stadium via walking inclined ramps</li><li>
Must be able to work the full length of the game/event</li><li>
Ability to work on main concourse, upper concourse, or plaza area as needed.
