You won't just be &quot;making posts&quot;&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be a key creative partner, helping us build visual identities and ad campaigns across Google, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create &amp; Edit: Produce high-quality graphics and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Ads) that stop the scroll.</li><li>Website Updates and Landing Pages: Perform basic content updates and design landing pages on WordPress websites.</li><li>Social Management: Manage and update multiple social media platforms with fresh, engaging content.</li><li>Ad Strategy: Assist our Ads Dept by producing high-performance creative assets specifically optimized for Google, TikTok, and Meta ad platforms.</li><li>Collaborate: Participate in creative &quot;think-tank&quot; sessions, offering your unique perspective on brand growth and content strategies.</li><li>Innovate: Utilize AI tools to streamline your workflow and stay ahead of industry trends.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>The Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Capcut.</li><li>Platform Mastery: Familiarity with WordPress and a comprehensive understanding of social media graphic ratios, safe zones, and platform-specific best practices to ensure content is optimized for every screen.</li><li>AI Savvy: Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.</li><li>Speed &amp; Organization: The ability to pivot quickly between multiple brands while keeping files and projects meticulously organized.</li><li>The &quot;Vibe&quot;: You are a positive, self-starting &quot;owner.&quot; You don't just wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table and take pride in the final product.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing mixed digital art (Graphic Design, Video, and Creative Writing examples).</li><li>Adaptability: A desire to learn new software and marketing technologies as the industry evolves.</li><li>Communication: Strong creative writing skills and the ability to express design choices clearly.</li></ul>Why NRV Marketing?You aren't just a gear in a machine here.
