The Role
We are seeking a versatile Digital Content Creator who lives at the intersection of graphic design, video editing, and digital strategy. You won't just be "making posts"—you’ll be a key creative partner, helping us build visual identities and ad campaigns across Google, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Edit: Produce high-quality graphics and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Ads) that stop the scroll.
- Website Updates and Landing Pages: Perform basic content updates and design landing pages on WordPress websites.
- Social Management: Manage and update multiple social media platforms with fresh, engaging content.
- Ad Strategy: Assist our Ads Dept by producing high-performance creative assets specifically optimized for Google, TikTok, and Meta ad platforms.
- Collaborate: Participate in creative "think-tank" sessions, offering your unique perspective on brand growth and content strategies.
- Innovate: Utilize AI tools to streamline your workflow and stay ahead of industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- The Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Capcut.
- Platform Mastery: Familiarity with WordPress and a comprehensive understanding of social media graphic ratios, safe zones, and platform-specific best practices to ensure content is optimized for every screen.
- AI Savvy: Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Speed & Organization: The ability to pivot quickly between multiple brands while keeping files and projects meticulously organized.
- The "Vibe": You are a positive, self-starting "owner." You don't just wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table and take pride in the final product.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing mixed digital art (Graphic Design, Video, and Creative Writing examples).
- Adaptability: A desire to learn new software and marketing technologies as the industry evolves.
- Communication: Strong creative writing skills and the ability to express design choices clearly.
