3D Designer & Animator (Blender / Cinema 4D)

Overview

We’re looking for a 3D Designer & Animator with strong Blender experience. Cinema 4D experience is also acceptable, to create product models, animations, and 3D-based visual layouts for marketing content. This role also involves working from existing design files (such as Illustrator or PDF assets) and translating them into polished 3D visuals and finished videos.

Most projects begin with provided brand or packaging files.

This role also includes light motion graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Model products using references, dimensions, and supplied design files
  • Work primarily in Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Import and work from Illustrator (.AI) and PDF assets (logos, packaging, labels)
  • Create materials, textures, lighting, and scene setups
  • Animate products and scenes with clean camera movement and timing
  • Create 3D-based flyer, poster, and key visual layouts
  • Add light motion graphics (simple text animation, logo motion, transitions)
  • Render stills and animations using Cycles, RedShift, Octane, or equivalent
  • Perform light video editing and finishing
  • Prepare assets for social media, ads, and web platforms
  • Make revisions based on creative feedback
  • Maintain organized project files

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Blender or Cinema 4D for product modeling and animation
  • Experience translating Illustrator/PDF designs into 3D visuals
  • Understanding of lighting, rendering, and visual composition
  • Basic animation principles (timing, easing, camera motion)
  • Familiarity with light motion graphics and finishing
  • Portfolio showing 3D modeling, animation, and finished visuals

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Product visualization or advertising experience
  • Experience converting flat artwork into 3D scenes
  • Basic compositing or motion graphics skills.

Important Notes

  • This role focuses on 3D-driven design, not traditional print layout
  • This is not a game development or character animation role
  • No advanced VFX, rigging, or programming required
  • Blender is our primary tool; Cinema 4D is welcome with flexibility
  • Applicants must provide 3D animation examples

Pay: $56,700.00 - $62,400.00 per year
