What You Will Be Doing:
<ul><li>Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.</li>
<li>Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.</li>
<li>Advise clients by weighing available options and planning a successful course of action.</li>
<li>Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks.</li>
<li>Represent clients in court to argue motions and participate in legal proceedings.</li></ul> 
Experience You Will Need:
<ul><li>Experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.</li>
<li>Litigation experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong research and legal writing skills with the ability to draft compelling arguments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with current legal and office technology.</li>
<li>Must be barred in Connecticut and reside within 30 minutes of Hartford.</li></ul></div>
