Job Title: Agile Scrum Master II
Location : Austin Texas
Durations: 5-month duration (with the possibility of a renewal)
Shift Time: 8AM - 5PM
Experience: Minimum 12+ Years

NOTE : The candidate should have practical working experience using the software in real transportation projects

Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring the agile processes and meetings related but not limited to the AASTHOWare Project platform and projects. Increases team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done).

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Experience using DOT highway construction management software to manage contracts, payments, inspections, and reporting for transportation projects.
Agile development tools & practices
Experience managing development teams/work
Experience writing user stories
Experience grooming a working backlog
Experience managing business stakeholders through a review/approval process
Knowledge of and/or experience with software development, testing, and quality assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with web services, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL
Expertise working with data structures and algorithms
Experience with COTS products
DevOps, ADO, JIRA experience
SCRUM Certified
AASHTOWare Project product experience
