About the role:</b></h2><p>
As a KYC Analyst at nsave, you&rsquo;ll be at the core of our onboarding and compliance operations. You&rsquo;ll verify and validate the accuracy of customer information and supporting documentation, perform sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and adverse media screening, and undertake enhanced due diligence (EDD). This is critical, hands-on work that ensures we maintain trust with users and regulators, all while keeping onboarding times near instant.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
You will be responsible for:</b></h2><p><b><br>
KYC processing &amp; user screening:</b></p><ul><li>
Verify and validate the accuracy of customer information and supporting documentation</li><li>
Screen users against sanctions and watchlists</li><li>
Evaluate customer responses to enhanced due diligence questions with attention to detail and regulatory awareness</li><li>
Ensure consistent compliance with internal and external onboarding requirements</li></ul><p><b><br>

You have experience in compliance, KYC/AML operations, or fintech onboarding</li><li>
You&rsquo;re fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken</li><li>
You&rsquo;re detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks that require focus and consistency</li><li>
You&rsquo;re familiar with KYC/screening tools like ComplyAdvantage or similar platforms</li><li>
You work well independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments</li><li>

Working arrangements:</b></p><p>
To support 7-day operational coverage, team schedules will be structured to include weekends on a rotational basis. Team members will have two consecutive days off per week, though these days may not always fall on weekends. Customer Support Operations at nsave means that you&rsquo;ll be on the front lines of our user experience.
