We at DEX Conduct online examinations for Government and Privat Sector examinationsRole: Legal Manager Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years Legal Responsibilities:1. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and management on corporate governance, contracts, litigation, intellectual property, mergers &amp; acquisitions, and other legal matters. Proactively identify legal risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential legal exposure.2. Contracts &amp; Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, non disclosure agreements, joint ventures, and other commercial contracts. Ensure contracts align with business objectives and legal compliance.3. Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation processes, including coordination with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings. Lead resolution of disputes, including arbitration and mediation, with a focus on minimizing legal risks and costs.4. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Affairs: Ensure the company&rsquo;s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including SEBI regulations, environmental laws, labour laws, and industry-specific regulations. Implement effective systems to monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on regulatory developments.Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:Bachelors/master&rsquo;s degree in law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience into Corporate Legal, with specific experience in a listed company.
