Primary Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Manage and respond to incoming support tickets in Hubspot.</p></li><li><p>
Manage an inbox and correspond promptly and professionally with patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners.</p></li><li><p>
Handle inbound and outbound support calls.</p></li><li><p>
Troubleshoot login issues for web and mobile-based applications.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain and create new items in the company knowledge base.</p></li><li><p>
Create and manage tasks for patients within RPM/CCM software.</p></li><li><p>
Complete other projects or duties as assigned.</p></li><li><p>
Work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining attention to detail.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Monday.com.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM/ticketing software.</p></li><li><p>
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.</p></li><li><p>
Self-driven and proactive approach to work.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.</p></li><li><p>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>
Healthcare or medical billing experience preferred, but not required.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with EHR/EMRs preferred, but not required.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Monday.com and Confluence.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with EHR/EMRs and CRM/ticketing software (preferred).</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Computer Skills</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Advanced proficiency with business software and online platforms.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Training Schedule</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Duration: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time for Two weeks</p></li><li><p>
Attendance is mandatory during training to ensure readiness before going live with patients.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
