Company OTR Driver &ndash; Drive 2023&ndash;2027 Equipment We&rsquo;re hiring Company OTR Drivers to operate 2023&ndash;2027 model trucks, including Volvo, Freightliner Cascadia, International, and Mack. Get steady miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and a team that truly supports drivers.Position Highlights:<ul><li>Base pay: $0.70 CPM (all miles paid)</li><li>Bonus: Referral bonus up to $6000 per driver</li><li>Home Time: Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks</li><li>Equipment: Assigned 2023&ndash;2027 trucks &ndash; Volvo, Cascadia, International, Mack</li><li>Route Type: 100% OTR (Over-the-Road)</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate assigned truck across OTR routes nationwide</li><li>Deliver freight on schedule and maintain contact with dispatch</li><li>Keep accurate ELD logs and follow DOT/FMCSA regulations</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks per run</li><li>Valid Class A CDL</li><li>Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience</li><li>No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years</li><li>Clean background; able to pass DOT physical &amp; drug screen</li><li>No SAP drivers accepted</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Weekly pay: $2,000 &ndash; $2,500 (based on miles &amp; performance)</li><li>Safe inspection bonus</li><li>$6000 referral bonus</li><li>Layover Pay: $150 per layover</li><li>Extra Stop Pay: $35 per extra stop</li><li>Fuel card &amp; fuel discounts</li><li>Health and life insurance</li><li>Pet and passenger ride-along programs</li><li>Detention pay</li><li>Assigned truck &ndash; no slip seating</li></ul>Job Type: Full-Time &ndash; Company Driver Route: OTR (Nationwide) Work Location: On the roadDrive the newest trucks, earn top pay, and be part of a team that values professional drivers.
