Company OTR Driver – Drive 2023–2027 Equipment
We’re hiring Company OTR Drivers to operate 2023–2027 model trucks, including Volvo, Freightliner Cascadia, International, and Mack. Get steady miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and a team that truly supports drivers.

Position Highlights:

• Base pay: $0.70 CPM (all miles paid)
• Bonus: Referral bonus up to $6000 per driver
• Home Time: Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks
• Equipment: Assigned 2023–2027 trucks – Volvo, Cascadia, International, Mack
• Route Type: 100% OTR (Over-the-Road)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned truck across OTR routes nationwide
• Deliver freight on schedule and maintain contact with dispatch
• Keep accurate ELD logs and follow DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections

Requirements:

• Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks per run
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Clean background; able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
• No SAP drivers accepted
