We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the office's organization, professionalism, and smooth operation.Position Details:<ul><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Thursday, 6:30 a.m. &ndash; 4:30 p.m.</li><li>Work Environment: Pet-friendly office with cats and dogs (applicants must be comfortable around animals)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)</li><li>Print and distribute drawings and office documents</li><li>Run background checks as part of the hiring process</li><li>Assist with employee onboarding and documentation</li><li>Draft and send professional emails and letters</li><li>Create, process, and track purchase orders</li><li>Provide general administrative support as needed, company-wide.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Construction background preferred, but not required.</li><li>Proficiency with basic office software (email, word processing, printing/scanning)</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask</li><li>Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic</li><li>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured schedule, a supportive office environment, and a hands-on administrative role.</li></ul>For immediate consideration, please submit a resume to: mrichie@nti-tech.com or text 251-404-4724.Pay: Up to $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
