Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the office's organization, professionalism, and smooth operation.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Work Environment: Pet-friendly office with cats and dogs (applicants must be comfortable around animals)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Print and distribute drawings and office documents
  • Run background checks as part of the hiring process
  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Draft and send professional emails and letters
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, company-wide.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Construction background preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (email, word processing, printing/scanning)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
