The Accounting Associate supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across multiple accounting functions.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li>
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing</li><li>
Review, code, and enter invoices and expense reports</li><li>
Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping, as needed</li><li>
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>
Assist with monthend close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations</li><li>
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts</li><li>
Support fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules</li><li>
Respond to internal inquiries regarding accounting transactions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>
01 year of accounting or finance experience (internships and relevant coursework accepted)</li><li>
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus)</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to learn and grow in an accounting career</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Skills</b></h4><ul><li>
Internship or parttime experience in accounting or finance</li><li>
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)</li><li>
