Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in life sciences, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-priority and hard-to-fill scientific and clinical positions.</li><li>Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, professional networks, and scientific communities.</li><li>Create compelling job postings that attract top-tier talent and reflect our company culture.</li><li>Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and diversity hiring.</li><li>Stay informed about market trends in the life sciences industry, including compensation benchmarks, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused in the life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical device sectors.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/01/2026
